David Charles Grusch, a former combat officer, who also served the National Reconnaissance Office, filed a whistleblower complaint to Congress and the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG)

Grusch, representative to Congress' Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force claims the U.S. Military has information and material proving the existence of extraterrestrial lilfe. According to Grusch, the material includes debris from crash sites.

Department of Defense Spokesperson Susan Gough undermined Grusch's statements a few days later.
